After signing up and verifying your profile, head to the ‘Find a Furpal’ page and select a dog you like. Send the owner a request and message and wait for your request to be approved! Finalise any queries or details and head down to your agreed location to meet your new Furpal. Do remember to respect the owner’s decision as they know their pet best!
HOW CAN I
BOOK A DOG?
Sign up as an Owner to create a profile for your Furpal. Don’t be shy to let others know how your pet is like! Do ensure that your pet is not aggressive towards strangers and that it is fully vaccinated and legally registered in Singapore’s AVS database. Following this, wait for furfriends to make requests and begin your experience with a trusted community member.
HOW DO I LIST
MY PET?
Yes, we verify all furfriends and owners’ phone number, email, credit/debit card verification and address. Community members can also link their social media accounts for added trust. Plus, you can review each other after every booking! Furfriends can review how the furpal is like and dog owners can review how well the furfriends is with their dog. As an owner you will be there to supervise the furdate too.
WILL MY PET
BE SAFE?
We recommend your place (the owner) as it is a familiar and comfortable environment for your dog. However, if you have an enclosed area that is suitable downstairs or walking distance from your house, you can choose to meet the furfriend there.
CAN THE PLAY SESSION NOT BE AT MY HOUSE?
Yes it is, we do check in with the owners and make sure they are good people and have friendly dogs before they are able to be on-boarded to our platform.

IS IT SAFE TO GO TO THE OWNER'S HOUSE?
The age limit to play with a dog without an accompanying adult supervision is 13 years old.
With a supervising adult/guardian above the age of 21, 10-12 year olds are also able to play with Furpals on our platform.
However, please read our T&Cs and understand the potential risks as dogs are not toys.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT TO BE ABLE TO PLAY WITH A DOG?
We recommend not to do so unless you trust that person. Furpal will not be liable if anything happens to your dog. We always advise owners to monitor and be there when furfriends are interacting with their dog.
Furfriends are meant to come over and spend time with your dog. They can walk your dog together with you so that you can monitor the situation.
If you are looking for someone to walk your dog, we suggest hiring a professional dog walker to do so.
CAN A FURFRIEND WALK MY DOG WHEN I AM NOT THERE?
We are sorry to hear that but if you don’t get a response, you can try again with a different dog. We find that it is best to explain why you’d like to spend time with their dog and your love for dogs on your profile so that dog owners feel at ease about your intentions.
MY REQUEST DID NOT GET A REPLY. WHAT DO I DO?
After booking a play session and being accepted by the owner, you will receive an email with instructions to bank transfer, paynow or paylah! to Furpal to make payment.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Furpal ensures every customer's privacy confidential and will not disclose your personal information to any 3rd party or Social Media platform without your consent.
IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?
Yes. You may cancel the booking by informing Furpal.
100% of the payment made will be refunded if you inform us 12 hours prior to the scheduled meet-up time.
If the cancellation is made with less than 12 hours to the scheduled meet-up time, only 50% if the payment made will be refunded.
You may also opt to reschedule the Furdate , subject to approval by the owner.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A BOOKING, AM I ALLOWED TO?
Payment has to be made after a booking is confirmed by Furpal and before the date of the booking.
CAN I MAKE CASH PAYMENT ON THE DAY ITSELF?
Borrowers will transfer the amount to Furpal and Furpal will transfer all the total money you've earned excluding Furpal's commission at the end of every month.

Furpal takes a 30% commission on every transaction.
